Sleep packages

  • $449

    • Includes a comprehensive sleep plan personalised to your baby/child and your family values, and two weeks of 1:1 support to help you implement the plan to overcome your sleep problem. Your plan will include advice and detailed information on Naps, Overnights, Feeding/Nutrition, Sleep Environment, Sleep Associations, Age Appropriate Routines and Settling Methods. Support is via text or social media.

  • $349

    • Includes a comprehensive sleep plan personalised to your baby/child and your family values, and one week of 1:1 support to help you implement the plan to overcome your sleep problem. Your plan will include advice and detailed information on Naps, Overnights, Feeding/Nutrition, Sleep Environment, Sleep Associations, Age Appropriate Routines and Settling Methods. Support is via text or social media.

    • Comprehensive sleep plan personalised to your baby/child as well as your family values, covering a wide range of topics and detailed advice on how to overcome your sleep problem, with a follow-up email to go over any questions relating to the plan + one “troubleshoot” email for any lingering issues.

Newborn packages

  • $99

    • A beautiful handbook packed full of information about how to navigate newborn sleep. Including detailed information about sleep environment, settling, awake windows and more, this guide will help new parents build some healthy sleep habits early on, while still enjoying all those gorgeous moments with their new baby.

  • $299

    • Suitable for babies from 3-12 weeks of age, this support package includes a copy of my beautiful 'Newborn Handbook' as well as an email game plan with some sleep- related suggestions personalised to your baby. This support package is 7 days of 1:1 support - we will NOT be sleep training your baby, but instead working on building your confidence when it comes to your new baby and their sleep, as well as ensuring we are laying some foundations for healthy sleep as your baby gets older. Newborn mums I have worked with in the past have said that having someone to chat to about newborn sleep has been a game changer for them!
